Project Description:
 

This project is a renovation of the Sixth Floor at the James E. VanZandt Medical Center.  This is a renvoation of approximately 13,000 square feet of existing hospital space.  The project will insert a Community Living Center onto the 6th floor of the hospital to create a more residential environment.  Program elements include patient rooms, day rooms, a hearth room, exam room, and quiet areas for the residents and their families.
