The owner purchased the unit adjacent to their existing home. The project will combine these two units into one large home of approximately 2500sf total. A fully renovated bathroom, and powder room, along with ideas for the kitchen and dining renovations are proposed. A new master suite will be accomodated in the design, and the living areas will be opened up to provide for 180 degree views of the river to the city skyline.
