Project Description:

The project utilized existing warehouse space to be renovated for the Prosthetics Department. The program includes approximately 3000sf of warehousing/ light assembly space and 3000sf of office functions, including a conference room, offices, open office, break room etc. An existing exterior dock area will be enclosed to create additional interior space, and new punched openings will be created for a new entrance, and to provide daylighting to the office spaces.
