The project required the design of a new office addition to the existing facilities division offices. The design incorporated private offices for seven new staff, upgraded mechanical systems, new lighting systems and lighting controls. Additionally, thep roject provides for sprinkler protection in the new and existing spaces and for improved site drainage and landscaping.
